How to create an email sequenceand automation in GrooveMail. What’s up, people? Aimee now. So in the firstvideo of the GrooveMail tutorial serial, I demo you how to set up sender names, create an email list, make calls opt-in models and embed it in GroovePages. And you do that by going to see safaruss and clicking on sequence. Let’sclose out of this. I’ve got a test sequence up previously but we’re going to go through the wholeprocess again by clicking on new cycle and passing it a figure. In this tutorial, I’m going toshow you how to be established a six welcome email lines. Thegateway and sender identify is already preset for us so we’ll move down to content.And under “subject”headline, for email 2 you can introduce what difficulty you could solve for the prospect. For thepreview snippet, I’m just going to add “What if you could solve xyz problem? “. And we’ll scroll up tothe message. Let’s kind “Hey” again personalize it. So hopefully you would have your email copyprepared but if you don’t know what to write in the second email here are some guidelines. Nowyour prospect has problems, the thing you sell solves this question but no one will buy your”thing”, if they don’t believe you can solve their problem in the first place. The second email showsthat there is a solution to their problem. So if you think of the buyer’s journey they exit fromI’m aware I “ve got a problem” to mixture aware, which means in the email imitation you can tell a storyof a patient who has a problem what they need to do to solve that problem. And what they think theyneed to do but actually don’t in order to solve that problem.So formerly you answer those questionsin your email by tearing down the “thing” they think they need. Add the same for the preview. And for email 3, a type of email content you couldsend is it’s not your fault.So you can do this by introducing a personal story about a problem.For sample, “eating healthful was not always an option growing up for you…” then you mentioned whyit’s not their fracture and I could say, my parents ran a good deal and I acquired myself chewing whateverwas available: instant noodles or microwave banquets. It took me years of learning nutrition eatingthe nutrients that were nutritionally dense to crowd my body”. Basically, the core send of the thirdemail in the welcome sequence is “this can be hard , no one learns you, it it’s not your mistake andhere’s how you can solve xy problem”. Then you scroll down and then click on done. I’ll draw thisup again and now we’re going to add another timer delay by dragging this in. We’ll too provided itto one day and then click done. Head back over here and then drag in the fourth email. We’llname this “welcome series email 4”. Now for the subject headline, I’ll scroll this up a bit. You cantalk about “five benefits”. For preview, I can write “Here’s five benefits to your problem”. In this email, you’re going to address how your furnish can change someone’s life so you need to convince the readerthat you can help them. You future pace your reader by telling them the benefits at four stages.So privilege after buying your commodity, a few months after buying your product, a few months or a yearafter buying the product and the rest of your life. So you want to lay out significant benefits in the aboveorder and use mottoes like “think about”, “what if”, “imagine”. Hold this and scroll it up. Andthen we’ll head to “Actions”, drag in the fifth email. We’ll see this “Welcome series email 5”. For thesubject headline, you want to create some importance so it’s your time to sell. And for the preview, I might type in “you need to read this email”. Under message, what I’m going to cover hereis what you should write in email five and six members of your welcome email lines. So I’llpaste in some indicates now. And virtually email five and six is where you make the sales, right. If you’ve ever running an email funnel for a commodity opening, you would know that most of thesales come at the end. And youwere in email five and six with a call to action to buy your product.Then we’ll click ondone. Okay chaps, I’m just going to reduce this and pull it down so that “youre seeing”. Nowbasically, this is a welcome email serial cycle and there’s different types of email sequencesfor all kinds of points. So for this one we’re trying to nurture a prospect and head them to buya product and there are essentially five to six emails in this sequence. So for your welcome emailsequence, I recommend anywhere from five to six emails. Now that you understand what to putin your emails, let’s go through how to format your emails. So I’m gonna go over here and hoverover these three dots which you can’t really visualize but once you hover over that you can click onthis pencil icon to edit that.So I’m going to scroll down to message. And in order to format youremails, the following toolbar is available so this button is to bold your text, italicize it, underlineit. This will situate across in your verse so i’m gonna untick this. This would be to hyperlink anyspecific text you could change your textbook. Under ordinary to a lead or merely scroll down and keepit to regular as a body text. You could also number list your textbook by spotlight it and clickingthis. Or you can turn it into a bullet part by clicking here. That’s pretty much it. You will clickupdate. Now once you’ve accomplished all your emails in the sequence there are two alternatives to triggerthis email sequence.So alternative one is going back up top and clicking on contributed provoke over on the righthand side. You can provoke this email string based on calls. So earlier today in the first tutorialI evidenced you how to be established calls with categories of calls. You cansee here that the free dinner propose welcome successions is now added as a string. Let’s go throughoption two which is creating an automation to trigger this email sequence. So we’ll go over hereand click on automations then click automation. Now, I’ve already initiated a test automation but whatwe’re going to do is we’re going to delete that and create a new automation by clicking on “newautomation”. Under automation name, we’ll call that “free dinner mean welcome series”. And this is howautomations labor you can trigger an automation. If something is happening this other thingshould happen. Under “if”, we can click on this drop down arrow and say that if a contribute is assigneda tag and they are in the prospect category and the call under select, is free anabolic dinner plan.I’ll click on add then you’ll click on this. Subscribe them to sequence, click on this the freemeal plan welcome sequence string and then click on add.So basically this automation is saying ifa contact is labelled with free anabolic snack proposal then subscribe them to the free snack mean welcomeseries and then press save. And the last thing to do is press the play-act button to activate and startthis automation. And if you ever want to pause an automation just click on this interruption buttonhere to stop the email sequence from starting. So guys to recap, you can go to campaigns sequence.Go back to the sequence that you created, click on this drop down arrow. Click on revise. Click updateand select the initiation over here in order for your email string to occur. So guys, even if you don’t set up a initiation here, you can create an automation through “if” and “then”rules.So I’m going to close out of this and departure. Go back to automations, click on automations andinstead of creating the initiation through the email sequence you can trigger that cycle throughan automation. So it’s really good when you have a contact on your email schedule who has a specifictag applied to them and the automation will make them through a different journeying. Let’s clickon revise now and using this existing automation, if you sounds under adopt you can select anyof these conditions to prompt an automation. Under the requirements of this regulation, I’m going to click on test and then click add.Nownaturally, you would set up another email sequence for buys as per this tutorial that I’ve just gonethrough and adopt that buys email string now. And then you can press save. So basically youcan create another automation called “buyer’s email sequence”. Under here you can specify thatif someone purchase a specific product then call them with purchase xyz commodity andinitiate a by email cycle and then press save. I’ll close out of this because we don’twant to change this particular email string and then you would press play to initiate thatautomation.
